I met Hash many moons ago when he was a PT at JD Sports. Back then, he offered his expertise to help me fulfil my dream of competing in Men’s Physique. However, it wasn’t until a couple of years later that I reached out to Hash and took him up on his generous offer.

Hash not only provided me with his knowledge and skills as a PT but also demonstrated unbelievable kindness by training me for free. With his guidance and support, I was able to achieve my goals in ways I never imagined.

What began as a professional relationship soon blossomed into a beautiful friendship. Throughout the years, we’ve not only pushed each other through some of the most challenging workouts imaginable but also supported one another through life’s ups and downs.

Hash’s dedication to helping others reach their fitness goals and his genuine kindness have made a lasting impact on my life, both inside and outside the gym. I’m forever grateful for his friendship and the role he’s played in helping me become the best version of myself.
