Better Bodies Blackburn hosts Blackburn’s Strongest man every year with big names such as Mark Felix refereeing the whole day event.

The day consists of numerous competitive lifts between different weight groups, we also host multiple stalls where you can buy food, get henna done, face-painting and BBQ among other things so it’s a day out for all while watching the event!
